Week beginning: 15/04/2024
An exciting week this week, heading over to Liverpool for a couple days to visit friends and family as well as The Brain Charity.
Thank you all at The Brain Charity for having me and showing me around, it was great meeting you all and learning more about the charity. A great sense of togetherness amongst staff, volunteers and the local community. Especially loved your new neuro gym, some amazing equipment and a very welcoming atmosphere. So excited to continue working with you all over the next year in raising as much money and awareness as possible.
A week consisting of slightly less training but a lovely few days in Liverpool. Now onto a big week of training next week, my first 100 mile week!
